The Mitgo Group has been awarded the bronze award for “Best Management of Employer Brand Following a Change of Mission, Positioning, or Management” in London.

Communicate magazine’s EBMA awards are an annual event that recognizes companies demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving the best for both employees and prospective employees. It celebrates business excellence in attracting, engaging, and retaining employees.

A number of companies including Amazon Store, TUI, and Turkish Airlines, to name a few, participated in the judging panel. Mitgo Group would like to thank them for their recognition.

Mitgo Group also congratulates all other winners and their well-deserved prizes and awards (listed here).

Mitgo Group’s competition submission centered around the launch of Mitgo as a managing company for our existing businesses for over a decade, and the branding process – internally and externally. We described how our entire team was encouraged to get involved from the very beginning and how it helped to shape our new company. One of the EBMA judges said: “The best detail was making the employees involved in the project, end to end”.

The Employer Brand Management Awards has been setting the benchmark for brilliance in employer branding for eight years.

This year entrants have faced so many challenges; with their diversity and inclusion programmes, reputation and entry into new markets, to name a few. The submissions really have emphasized the transformative power that a proactive, strategic and creative approach to the employer brand can make.

It was a remarkable and exceptional experience for me. From the first second, I could not wait for the results to be announced – and when I heard that Mitgo was awarded a bronze, I felt nothing but pride and happiness. We made it alongside top-name companies such as Lidl International, Jaguar, Sky, and Deloitte. What a night of great results!
